White Dry Wine

Variety : 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.
Origin: Owned vineyards by the Ptoon mountain slopes, Viotia.
Vinification: Classical red vinification. The wine has matured for 12 months in new French oak barrels and aged for more 12 months in our wine cellar.
Alcohol by volume: 13% VOL
Characteristics: Deep red ruby color. Strong bouquet of forest fruits, vanilla, wood and cinnamon aromas. Distinct and round tannins, well balanced body and long finish in the mouth.
Accompanies: Red meat and red spicy sauce, excellent combination with lamp, game, spicy cheese as well as soft cheese with crust like brie and camembert. Best served at 16 - 18°C .
